September 5th update

Pushing forward on a number of fronts we see interior framing moving ahead, new steps off the back deck, and plumbing moving down toward the ground.

The new bedroom and bath in the attic are almost framed up and waste water plumbing begun.

A pocket door will save space in the master bedroom closet.

The tedious process of redoing the chair rail from original wood preserved for that
purpose has begun.

The stringers for the new back stairs are carefully laid out and cut.

The crew lays them up against the back deck.

Friday, the 9th, finds them partially built ready for the new work week and completion.

Inside some of the firing strips which held the ceiling in the living room are uneven. This is a problem to correct before proceeding.

The waste water system is nearing the ground.

The roof is now complete, capped and flashed.
