Inside and Out Work Goes On!

Inside work continues on details like the
attic rails. The pieces are literally being
manufactured on site to match exactly
and custom fitted to the space.

And the old doors required still more sanding and repair. Inside more sanding was
being done on stair railings and posts.

Outside David was figuring grade
for the front yard.

And a crew was moving dirt, spreading it, and working to insure water would run away from the house instead of under it...

With shows the result. The front yard
once again looks like a yard.

Meanwhile nature is also doing its part to restore the beauty we remember.
The camellias and azaleas pruned so dramatically in early spring are
coming back... with more health and vigor
than they've seen in many years.
