Our Goal is

$375,000
Update: as of May 3, 2008 $366,687 has
already been spent. It is obvious that we will exceed our original budget and need additional funds.
Please consider increasing your personal support!

This will preserve the historic structure.
It will increase the heated and cooled space
by  517 sq ft. It will provide a small meeting area,
storage space, a totally renovated kitchen,
and a family room.  In short, this will provide a
livable, useable residence for future ministers
to our congregation allowing us to bring
a talented and dedicated person to our island.

master bath pre renovation

The renovation calls for a total HVAC upgrade and places insulation where none existed before.  The Master bath (above right) was cramped and inadequate.

Storage (below) was virtually non existent. The renovation addresses this. Old plaster walls will be replaced, lighting upgraded  and fresh paint applied  throughout.
