November 16th update

Things continued to move quickly this week. The HVAC is
now 90% complete, the new shower in the attic was framed in,
more firing for the attic wallboard was assembled, the chimneys
were prepared for stucco, the partial foundation wall was
built and the raw wood was primed.

Work continued in the attic. Mike
framed in the new bathroom while
the crew worked on the firing.

Pat's career hit new heights as he prepared the chimneys for stucco.

The new exterior wood was prepped for priming. All knot holes were filled, seams caulked, and nail heads sealed.

If you don't want paint on it you
mask it. That included all the new
windows and all the old wood.

Then you cut in the paint by hand in the areas where
 you need to be precise.

Then you spray paint the rest and suddenly the new
addition begins to look like part of the home.

Meanwhile under the house the HVAC ducting
is rapidly coming together. Seams are
carefully sealed.

And great pains are taken to clean the
ducts of dirt, dust, and metal shavings.

The low wall to allow for fill dirt around
the foundation is now built.
